It is therefore the duty of every leader to open the channels of communication so as to be successful.

As a Charge Nurse my leadership will be transparent and staff will hold constant meetings with the charge nurse to ask or talk about anything bothering them like conflict with other staff members. Since open forums do not exist, the Charge nurse should schedule unit meetings twice monthly where problems and solutions are discussed
