Thesis: Gender Stereotypic Impression

Sample Thesis Paper

The reason for this perception was the gender stereotypic impression that women did not have the necessary qualities as leaders. Moreover, women have always been categorized as emotional, unstable, lack of proper judgment and objectivity as compared to men.

In the process, this perception saw the rise of the impression that women who were not liable to succeed in leadership to be selfish, anxious and therefore, they became poor leaders[1]. In addition, this desire to affiliate with men leaders was the cause of a conflict to achieve or to fulfill their social roles as women. These differences and conflicts not only caused the selection of leaders but also influenced how male and female leaders handled themselves.
