The solution to this predicament can be seen in a regulated system that is designed to ensure that education regarding religion is one that does not allow extremist elements to inject aggression into the interpretations of the teaching of religions. A regulation of the teaching of religion does not by any means imply the restricting of teaching any aspect of any religion, but is meant to ensure that the religion is taught in its true meaning and concept rather than brought to its students in a mutated form that encourages aggression and promotes violence.We can deduce that to judge an entire religion through the actions of one person would not be a justified approach since every person holds an individual set of characteristics and habits that come into existence through a process that involves subsequent influences by external stimuli (Turner, Foster and Johnson). In conclusion to the discussion presented in this paper, it would not be unjustified or unwarranted to surmise that the religions of the world desire the very same thing that the masses desire: peace and harmony. Religions are considered to be sources for the encouragement of violence when certain individual perpetrators of these religions choose to indulge in their own twisted interpretations of their religion. Also, it is evident that a person’s interpretation of his/her religion is not merely influenced by the external factors that constitute the subject’s society but are also heavily influenced by other religions that interact directly with other religions.
