Success of any company is based upon each employee’s individual performance so it is important to make sure that all the employees are delivering to their potentials. It is therefore important to understand how the human resource department runs its affairs.
Through this topic, I will be able to show that a company can be successful by ensuring that all its employees feel appreciated. The people who deal directly with affairs affecting employees are in the human resource department and they (human resource) need to assure the employees that they are important in any organization. This reduces tensions in an organization and increases productivity. This topic best illustrates why there should be a clear understanding of the expectations that an organization places on any employee.
