Since the company faces stiffer competition in the U.K it has better opportunities in the Japan market. They also have a very good product that has located it position to the top in the market.  One of the threats is that Kirin has more products to defend its position within the market. Secondly Asahi has a poor business model. They need to maximize on their strengths and opportunities while minimizing weaknesses and threats.
