Each organization needs enough employees who are able to meet the organization’s targets. However, this does not mean that an organization should hire more people than necessary. A small team of qualified and committed employees ensures success as opposed to a large reluctant number of employees.
Human resource department is a very important section of each organization because people are the ones who oversee the smooth running of any given organization. However, it is of paramount importance to note that organizations are made up of different people from different backgrounds who have to work together for the good of the organization. I choose this topic because I want to analyze how human resource department can best work with all the people in their organizations in order to make it (organization) better. The number of people in any organization is not very important as long as they are all able to work together diligently.
