Interestingly, these surveys have also revealed that US business managers at top levels do not view themselves in gender terms. These male and female managers carry themselves and relate to each other as self driven and motivated managers who have honor for their work.
They not only up hold each other with great esteem but they both seek achievement and enjoyment from their roles. These characteristics have been attained by top level management from their upward growth on the ladder of success. In these surveys it was also realized that both men and women leaders held a positive attitude towards women managers. Despite the combined respect for the woman manager, there were still a good number of the managers who preferred to work for a man.
